What You'll Do

  • Design and build interactive dashboards and reports
  • Track and monitor KPIs across pricing, inventory, sales, and operations
  • Translate raw data into clear business insights
  • Work with large datasets to identify trends and performance gaps
  • Support leadership with data-driven recommendations
  • Maintain and optimize data visualization systems
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of reports

What You Bring

  • Strong understanding of business metrics and performance tracking
  • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets (non-negotiable)
  • Power BI / Tableau (or similar tools)
  • Ability to turn complex data into simple, actionable visuals
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Analytical thinking with a business-focused mindset
  • Ability to work independently and deliver consistently

Advantage If You Have

  • Experience in KPI frameworks, dashboards, or reporting systems
  • Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, or data querying
  • Understanding of data pipelines or automation
