Zion Sphere Analytics is looking for a Data Scientist who goes beyond analysis — building predictive models, machine learning pipelines, and statistical frameworks that give the business a real competitive edge. If you turn uncertainty into probability and data into strategy, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

  • Design and build predictive models and machine learning algorithms
  • Perform advanced statistical analysis on large datasets
  • Develop demand forecasting, pricing, and market intelligence models
  • Create automated data pipelines and feature engineering frameworks
  • Translate complex model outputs into actionable business insights
  • Collaborate with BI, Data, and Tech teams to productionize models
  • Continuously monitor model performance and iterate for accuracy

What You Bring

  • Strong foundation in statistics, probability, and machine learning
  • Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch)
  • Experience with SQL and handling large structured/unstructured datasets
  • Ability to build, validate, and deploy predictive models
  • Strong analytical thinking with a business-impact mindset
  • Experience with data visualization and communicating findings clearly
  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and results-focused

Advantage If You Have

  • Experience in e-commerce, pricing, or supply chain modeling
  • Familiarity with cloud ML platforms (AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI)
  • Knowledge of time-series forecasting models
  • Experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks
  • Background in NLP, computer vision, or deep learning
