Cebu-Based / Onsite Finance Department Competitive (based on experience)

Zion Sphere Analytics Corporation is looking for a Philippine Accountant who will take full ownership of local compliance, reporting, and financial accuracy. This role is critical — ensuring the company stays fully compliant with Philippine regulations while maintaining clean, reliable financial records that support strategic decisions.

What You'll Do

Handle BIR registration, filings, and compliance
Prepare and file VAT / Percentage Tax
Prepare and file Withholding Taxes (expanded & compensation)
Prepare and file Income Tax Returns
Manage Books of Accounts and financial records
Process and monitor payroll, payslips, and deductions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR withholding)
Ensure compliance with SEC and LGU requirements
Assist in financial reporting and reconciliation
Coordinate with management for tax planning and structuring

What You Bring

Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field
Strong knowledge of BIR compliance and filings
Strong knowledge of Philippine tax regulations
Strong knowledge of payroll and government contributions
Experience in bookkeeping and financial reporting
High attention to detail and accuracy
Organized, reliable, and compliance-focused

Advantage If You Have

Experience handling corporate setup (SEC, BIR, LGU)
Familiarity with cross-border / US–PH structure
Experience using accounting systems (QuickBooks, Xero, etc.)
Knowledge in tax optimization strategies
